LEAH STANLEY (Owner, Team Member, Senior Consultant) -   

Ms. Stanley has degrees from Clemson University and Lander University in Mechanical Engineering and Mathematics and is certified in Lean Six-Sigma. She has worked as a Senior Technical Consultant and has maintained a Top Secret Security Clearance during her 17+ years of professional experience working with the Department of Energy (DOE), the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) and well-known companies such as AECOM. She has leveraged her Lean Six-Sigma expertise to implement improvements for these clients and has led multiple projects with validated results. Ms. Stanley has led and participated on formal assessments in the areas of Maintenance, Operations, Engineering, and Construction at facilities such as Los Alamos National Laboratory (LANL), Nevada National Security Site (NNSS), and Savannah River Site (SRS). Her ability to perform on these teams is enhanced by her training and earned experience in Human Performance Improvement (HPI), Integrated Safety Management Systems (ISMS) and Causal Analysis as a seasoned nuclear facility professional, and her direct work experience in the areas of Systems Engineering, Engineering Programs, Nuclear Operations, Configuration Management (CM), and Maintenance. Her proven and diverse management experience lends itself to exceptional coaching and mentoring skills as she has held positions such as Engineering Programs Manager, Manager of Configuration Management and Technical Support, Maintenance Work Planning and Control Manager, and Facility Security Officer.
